The story began in 1685 during the reign of Louis XIV when Louis Deau settled in the region as a wine grower and thereafter discovered the magical alchemy of pot stills. For several generations the Bru Legaret family has been owning a large vineyard in the heart of the Cognac region. Nowadays, both Véronique Bru Legaret and her son Roland Legaret preside over the destiny of the eau Cognac brand.
Nose:
A floral nose of iris, violet, honeysuckle, and orange blossom.
Palate:
It is very complex and typical of Grande Champagne with round and dense flavors on the palate. It reveals gentle buttery notes and hints of apricot.
