INGREDIENTS
5cl Cognac Frapin 1270
1cl vanilla syrup
2cl Curaçao Triple sec
Juice from half a lemon
Half a passion fruit
Lemon peel for garnish
METHOD
Put all the ingredients into the cocktail shaker, top up with ice and shake.
Strain the cocktail into the glass with a cocktail strainer.
Garnish with a lemon peel.
INGREDIENTS
4 cl Hennessy Pure White
1.5 cl lemon juice
2 cl sugar cane syrup
2 cl Earl Grey tea
1 cl egg white
METHOD
Shake once without ice cubes and then for a second time with the addition of ice cubes.
Filter into a chilled coupe glass
Garnish with a pinch of Earl Grey tea.

Ginger Ale
Half an orange slice
METHOD
Fill a high ball glass with ice
Pour the Cognac
Stir gently
Garnish with half an orange slice
